@WendyUsher70 Ok, now name one person who expects a company which is profit driven to care about their employees personal lives. It’s not your company’s job to coddle you and be your friend and spend quality time with you. You provide your service, they provide you with an income. The rest is on you. If you feel like you’re just another replaceable cog in the machine… well I’m sorry but you are & that’s just the nature of the workplace environment. We’re all special in our own unique ways, and you can absolutely enjoy your life and make the best of each moment.
