  21. Who is saying "overnight?" This will be a multi-generational fix. 400 years to get us to this point and will take another 400 years to fix it. About 2 generations to build it and then the next 360 years for the Earth to react. When the Keeling Curve reverses it's current upward trend then we will know we've fixed this.
