  1. NOPE. The engineers were experienced and knew how to build a reliable and safe engine. They were STOPPED by upper layers of MANAGEMENT from the drawing board to the release. And then ALL of those managers are rotating continually, to other "positions of gender equality" to DISTANCE themselves from the mess.
