You divide up by the taxpayer by income and source and that INCLUDES business, who now have a much easier time with profit declaration which is where those big pockets get their compensation, from capital gains, something that the lower and middle-class suckers in this game are not privy to. The biggest winners from Trump’s tax cuts were businesses. Between 2017 and 2018, the average US corporation paid 22.4% LESS income tax. That translates DIRECTLY to the corporate bottom-line with bonuses and stock options granted to those big pockets for "performance." let's see 15 - 12 = 3% << 22% Brainwashed Minions actually believe The Orange Freak did something for them!
