  2. Would a German style copy of the Japanese tone classlight cruiser have been a good raider in the German fleet of WW2? And if she was made would she be more focused on scouting for the u-boat fleet, hitting merchant escorts with strike craft, or clearing the skies of asw aircraft to allow u-boats free run of the seas? Ps. What would the allies man counter be?

  3. ​ @bkjeong4302 shouldn't and what if are kinda different here. They built the pocket battle ships and used them for raiding anyways, so I am just curious how much more of a issue these tone style carrier cruisers would be and how overall practical they would be in a battle field full of carriers and battle cruisers
