  1. Given that the Congo is the size of the Balkans, and has the same level of international metaling & Ethnic tension. This level of warfare is probably going to continue for decades, or at least until the nation finds a way to unite and integrate all the ethnic groups into a single over arching identity, like iran or Canada... and end foriegn interference with the pross.
