  3. Hay you know those 850 m109 spgs we have in moth balls since 2005. You know the ones we are never going to use because we phased them out of service and replaced them with newer models. the ones that exactly the same as the ones used by Ukraine that were given to them by Norway. Yeah why not send those? Yeah Ukraine is grateful for what you given them, the problem is you have given them scrapes.
