  1. Note that a large number of the Ukrainian troops are wearing UK uniforms and plate carriers. That may suggest that they were the troops that were sent for training at the start of the summer. And more are set to come back mid autumn.

  2. Note that Russia doesn't have a over all commander of the Ukrainian war, it is split into a northern theater and southern theater of command. And both generals hate each other.
