Having power and choosing to use it for good or not using it at all is what makes you better than a bully. A bully is he who abuses power. Picks on the weak. Look at the USA. It wages war on weak third-world countries like Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Somalia, Vietnam but never even dares to touch Russia and China because it knows that it will get raped. Those are the traits of a cowardly bully. On the other hand, China builds roads and bridges wherever it goes. See my point?

  2.  @rohandalvi6476  China hasn't invaded a country in over a 100 years whereas the US has destabilized and destroyed 4 entire countries in the middle-east. Who the bully?

  3.  @soulsphere9242  That's not even close to US numbers. Might I remind you the US has been at war with at least some country around the world over the last century? Not to mention they've been in Afghanistan for the last 17 years.
