  3. 3g is less than many amusement park rides. And who cares if a few people can't handle that and therefore can't use SpaceX's future point-to-point service? This is not going to be a problem for SpaceX if they can get the costs low enough.

  6. Of course Elon thought about Starlink on his own. It was obviously an option if they could get their launch costs down far enough and the satellites (and customer ground links) could be made simultaneously advanced enough and cheap enough. We all knew about Iridium, Globalstar, and Teledesic. Of course Elon knew, too. Gwynne Shotwell is enough of a superstar that you don't need to invent achievements for her.
