  1. Maybe not. Most Americans still haven’t understood what a crime it was to supply the Soviet Union during WW2. They also haven’t understood that they interfered on the wrong side in WW1. People tend to believe what they are taught in school and what they read in the paper (or see on TV)… I hope you are right, of course.

  2. It’s easy to be neutral in a sea of friendly countries… I bet this is going to cost you some concessions in the new treaty (treaties?) with the EU.

  3. There are also plenty of Democrats who want to reduce or eliminate the aid to Ukraine. They just don’t get as much press in the US. (Why did the US block the transfer of European F-16’s to Ukraine for so long?)
