  9. No, he is just a smart guy who is used to being right (because smart people really are right more often than others) but didn’t read up on the situation. If we get tired of helping Ukraine then the war likely will end the way he wrote on Twitter, with Russia still occupying part of Ukraine, with Russia cheating in referenda, with a peace that isn’t a peace but a short break before Russia resumes the war while torturing the Ukrainians on “its” territory. I don’t think we will stop helping Ukraine, though. I think we want Russia destroyed for good this time.

  12. Russia's soldiers are mainly from the parts of the population that didn't contribute much in the first place. They are also from far away places that the center doesn't care about.

It was obvious that the supply chains, weapons depots, airbases -- and radar systems, jammers, anti-aircraft systems, and rocket launchers -- needed to be damaged first.
