  3. We already know. The inflation is almost gone and the budget is balanced. There are still big, badly run companies that need to crash and smaller, better competitors that need to take over but that will indeed happen very soon if the state lets them.

I got 144.5k USD as well (for a P90D w/ ludicrous mode, pano roof, etc).  Add the Wall connector (charger) for $750.  Maybe 21" Turbine Wheel and Winter Tire Package ($5000).  There's also the $1200 Destination and Regulatory Doc fee.  A front center console is $600.  The premium rear center console is $700 in the most expensive version not sold out.  There are other accessories you can add as well. I don't expect the price of the top-of-the-line Tesla to be particularly stable any time soon.  It will go up with new features and doodahs and down when those features become more standard.

  9. A car thief died in a Tesla.  Well, technically he died afterwards in hospital and he tried really hard to kill himself and others.  Others have been killed by a Tesla that crashed into them.
