@stuffinsthegreat why? His tribe may have lived there for a long time -- but did they really live there for 15000 years? And do they really have oral memories of anything that old? We do know a lot about the reliability of oral folk history from Europe where we can check it with written sources -- and we know that it is very, very low. It is in fact very low even across a few hundred years. If people use the full mnemotechnic armory with rhymes and rhythms and long poems that are taught from generation to generation -- and where the teaching takes 5-10 years -- then we know they can last for many centuries. Parts of the Iliad and the Odyssey were clearly very old when they were written down. The same is the case for some of the Sanskrit texts. But 15000 years? Come on, be real.

@Jagdtyger2A Either you are deluded or your "friend" was a fraudster. Maybe both. Celtic languages are Indo-European. They have nothing in common with Navajo. (And there were no ancient Ogham inscriptions in North America.)
