  1. I don’t think there is much disagreement between Tony and ADV China. China still lives there and he doesn’t want to be chased out like the other two so he is extremely careful not to have an opinion of his own by always quoting Pettis or official docs.

  2. China has claimed ownership with zero merit since 1911 or 1912 (right after the revolution that ended the empire). Sadly, there’s nothing new about that.
