Those people would be well over 100 years old by now.

Could be the head trauma. People can act pretty weird with head trauma. Also sounds like significant blood loss.

So, my question is, since they eventually found out who he was, why didn't they get the info on all these people (surely his mom could have got them started)? Was he engaged? What was her name? Didn't the elevator operator identify visitors to his room. Was the bellboy paid off...why didn't he report this weird situatuation to his manager? Sounds like the cops may have been paid off or were afraid.

Interesting. But if Don killed him, wouldn't he think she's young enough to want to still get married at some point (of course people normally are buried beside their spouse). Maybe she told Don to say that? Why didn't his mom claim the body?

@sth5033 It's been awhile since I read it, but I think the elevator operator told him it would be so much, and then the girl wanted more, and he wouldn't pay.

Did they question the occupant in 1026? Were they expecting someone? Why aren't the police questioning more? Gay subject? Mafia connection? Bribe? Threatened?

@willyames9463 Ohhh. Couldn't figure out who used a semicolon. Why do they think that's "trendy?" Didn't know it was trendy. When I use one, I'm just tryin' to punctuate.
