  1. Little kids get to make little decisions, like cookies or cake for desert. Later, a little bigger, a little bigger decisions, do chores for cash or not. Later, dating or going to a party. Big decisions are for big people (adults). Why is this hard to understand? The adults making the decisions are the ones who are responsible for the child (parents or guardians). Those who can't understand this, are the last ones who should make those decisions.
