  2. Wasn't the juror's fault. They didn't get all the evidence, and too much was thrown out.

  3. Jury of your peers. It is not a flaw. What do you call "qualified?" They need to get the evidence (which they didn't in this case).

  6. All you had to do was watch the trial. They kept too much evidence from the jury. The PD didn't help. That alone got so much evidence held back.
