  2. Putting being trans as a recruitment ploy is a ridiculous mistake. You should recruit for what you are looking for, not what else someone might be. You want strong, healthy, reasonably-intelligent people willing to take orders. Not who can put their eye liner on straight. (If they can, that's a whatever.)
