"Compromise and constant communication are very important if you're lookinh for a long lasting relationship." Gotta love that answer. 素晴らしい!

Nice, someone dating a Filipino woman makes me proud. I think the language barrier can be solved later on. Many Filipinos can learn any language they want to (advantage of being ethnolinguistic diverse, especially if they are from the regions outside Manila.) Nice video as always. Almost 5,000 subscribers. You are getting there.

Bro, the editing is insane!!!

"I'm probably being boring when I speak Japanese." Dude, you're very lucky that you can speak Japanese. Almost done with Katakana now. Hopefully, I can endure Kanji. Very enjoyable video. Good job! ✌️

My former high school teacher is an ALT in Japan now and she said that it has something to do with the educational system as well. But in her experience, it's easier to communicate in English in Tokyo than the countryside. Nice video Takashi san, I like the format here. Happy new year みんな!
50
The scenery in the countryside is pure beauty, Takashi san! I admire his energy during the whole course of the interview. This is one of your best videos in my opinion! 本当に素晴らしい! 👌
50
When the first guy said "Oh my gosh" after knowing that the topic is about dating, I felt that. 😂 Anyways, great video! メリー クリスマスたかしさん!
50
Awesome video, Takashi san! Hoping that everybody is safe there in Japan after the recent quake. PS. Content suggestion: Please interview people from your university as well. ✌️
47
While I was watching this, I was reminded of my professor in Economics who was originally from Nigeria. He's one of the best teachers that I have met in my life, very kind and considerate too. This is a very awesome video! 素晴らしい!✌️
43
Nice content Takashi san! These videos are really what make your channel unique. Good job! 🎉🎉🎉
34
This is an awesome video. Hope you enjoy your travel, Takashi-san! (especially here in Southeast Asia of course!) 素晴らしい!
33
Yay! I was waiting for this interview. A big fan if Shogo as well, and as a plus, you both speak good English. It's nice to hear him speak Japanese since most of his vlogs are in English.
32
The first old man really had the best answers for me, but all of their answers are still good though. Thank you for another incredible video, Takashi san! 素晴らしい!!!
32
I really love the answers from the first lady, plus it looks like Takashi san really enjoyed the treats that he got from the sponsor. 😂 Great video otherwise! 素晴らしい!
32
Awesome video. Also, I loved how the dad empasized the importance of having good family relationships at the end. 素晴らしい!✌️💪
30
This is a very lovely interview. I just get surprised of the exponential growth of subscribers. Road to 500k. Keep up the good work, Takashi-san! 素晴らしい!

I love the peaceful theme of the video. Job well done again, Takashi san

One day, I'll definitely go there with my family. Another item added in my Bucket List in visiting Japan. Great video, Takashi san!
29
These interviews are getting better and better. I know a few people who are half as well. Based from my observation, they tend to be more open minded since they are exposed to multiple cultures. 素晴らしい! Happy new year, 皆さん!
29
Man, your interviews never disappoint. 2K ]subscribers left and you're about to hit 2M subscribers. Congratulations in advance. Cheers!
28
3:07 That lady somewhat got the accent on point 😂 3:52 I also loved that she spoke 韓国語. Anyways, very very lovely video, Takasi san!!! 本当に素晴らしいです!
28
Your videos keep getting more awesome and awesome by the day. Very informative video, Takashi san! 素晴らしい!
27
@theSupercasa true, on the other hand, too much sense of individualism could lead to lack of discipline and other bad things. Just like in economics and like what you have said, everything has a cost.
26
That editing is on fire Takashi san!!!
24
@silveriver9 yep, nothing wrong learning to write it. I'm just looking through a more practical side, depending of course in the case of every learner.
23
@shizukagozen777 i mean if they date foreigners because it's an opportunity for them to learn new cultures and language as well, then I don't see that as a bad answer, as long as they're happy with that decision. Anyways, I respect your opinion.
22
Great topic, Takashi san!!!
22
If I get lucky, I would like to take my Master's Degree there in Japan when I finish my undergrad. It seems like a good experience and for me to step out from my comfort zone. Good video, Takashi-san!
21
Very helpful video for those who are planning to live and work in Japan. Let us continue to pray and hope for better days ahead. Manigong Bagong Taon sa lahat! (Happy New Year to everyone!)
20
@majesticchicken3213 yeah, I think that's the main idea. Strive to do and to be better everyday.
20
Beautiful interview! ❤
18
When we went to Japan during the last few days of May, I couldn't help but to notice how beautiful the girls were during our visit. And speaking of, Sora the Troll is in the House!!!
17
The interviews keep getting better and better, plus the sakura in the background looks incredible. Great work, Takashi san! 素晴らしい!!!
17
@takashiifromjapan You speak good English. As long as you can communicate your thoughts properly, don't be too concerned with the grammar. Even native English speakers make mistakes sometimes. Grammar structure can be corrected as you go along. What is important is the substance that you are trying to impart to other people. Rooting for your success. 💪
16
@shizukagozen777 it depends on what the person wants.
15
Very interesting video. By the way, Congratulations for reaching 5,000 subscribers!
15
I swear, when I go to Japan, I will allot a portion of my travel on just walking alone on the streets at night, just to savor the moment that I am safe there, unlike here in my country. 😂 Also, I love the answers from the Swiss lady, plus she looks beautiful. Great video, Takashi-san! 素晴らしい!
15
I love your new editing style Takashi san!
15
Nice interview Takashi san. Keep them quality interviews coming. 👌
14
This is fascinating! I was genuinely surprised by his English accent, and he seems like a very kind person. 素晴らしい!
14
@antonyzhou6602 Primary reasons were missing her family here and culture shock.
13
Awesome video. The number of subscribers added to your channel in a span of just one week is freaking amazing. Keep it up.
13
Nice video man. Merry Christmas! I hope I can date someone someday. 😂
13
@takashiifromjapan yeah you should, but let's wait a bit to be extra safe. Other countries are started declaring to be covid free already. Hopefully, this pandemic can be resolved the soonest. I wanna visit Japan and Korea. ✌️
13
This is a very amazing interview Takashi san! Very interesting topic indeed.
13
I watched her videos, playing with kids, and even surprising people with her Japanese. 😂 Nice video! ✌️
11
@shalinivarma237 I would like it more if he also interviewed the older generation. I would love to hear their perspective as well.
11
I really love the answers from both the dude with the red checkered polo and also from the old man, plus he speaks English. Hopefully, the country will be able to do something about this issue. This is a really great topic. Well done, Takashi san! 素晴らしい!✌️
11
Almost 100k subs in a span of less than a year since you started. I want to say my advance congratulations. Keep up the good work!
11
Yeah the first guy studied in the US all right. You can see it in his English accent. Also when the girl envied the size of American hamburgers, we share the same sentiments. 😂 Good video. 💪
