I don't agree with religion at all and like I said they talk to an imaginary being in an imaginary place and the majority of religion claims that they can commit crime and be forgiven for the crime after they've died I just don't think that's reality and I'm pretty sure that it isn't and a criminal is a criminal and like I said Jesus Christ in the 12th were a gang that were given the death penalty the only thing you are when you die is dead you won't be forgiven for anything you would just be dead you're going anywhere except for to the cemetery I myself want to live and so do the majority of people I think I work in medicine in reality and the realities of real medicine

I spilled my coffee The 7 year old patient started spinning in the patient's seat on the Greyhound bus directly behind me one seat the patient did stand up and continue spinning and vomited I have a VP shunt that is leaking spinal fluid normerly we need to find a nurse to volunteer the spinal fluid this time my shunt and my body apparently volunteered the spinal fluid without me realizing what was happening the patient did present with brain tumor the patient did keep the patient balance I did yell and ask for a napkin as we always do when that happens there was no napkin available as they're always isn't I need to go to the restroom on the Greyhound bus in sanitize my hands with sterile alcohol hand sanitizer I did bring toilet paper and place it over to vomit and did clean the vomit off of the floor explain to the bus driver to keep driving and we would stop at the stop that we are supposed to stop at it was only 20 minutes I need the patient to sit for 20 minutes equate brand motion sickness tablets in my bag under the bus 1 I did administer 1 equate brand motion sickness tablet meclizine patient didn't like the taste of the tablet and I did encourage the patient to take another sip of liquid to swallow the tablet the patient was successful in swallowing the tablet approximately 15 to 20 minutes to close the patient eyes and start sleeping the president did appear to have normal respiration at rest I couldn't take a pause or blood pressure but the respirations were counted at 16 the patient did wake the patient was asked if the patient was still sick to the patient's stomach or dizzy the patient's answer was no
