  1. A friend of mine's collegue was advised by doctors to no longer work over hours anymore, here in Japan, or he would risk the same thing. So now, he goes to work just before the staff meeting and then leaves before 6pm. But it is bad here, some teachers don't leave until 10pm after being at school from 7 or 7:30am. I'm lucky as I'm just an foregin language assistant, so I come in by 8am and leave at 4pm, 6pm if I have club activities with my students. But then I'm off.
