If Russia views matters the same way (as "truthout") they will be full of "righteous indignation"; there may well be a few heated "diplomatic" exchanges with both Russia and China; but the US media don't take much convincing, they're already signed up to the "cause" (just pick one). If it was an American led regime change in 2014 I expect Russia will already know.
