No Jimmy: Russia didn't shoot down the unmanned reaper drone, travelling with no transponder, near a war-zone; it seems unlikely (despite pictures of a bent propeller) that the aircraft collided (looks like two different propellers to me, no pictures of collision); I believe the pilots blew it out of the sky using fuel and the vortex effect. America and Russia don't agree on what constitutes "international waters", in the Black Sea; but I expect Russia will have salvage rights (under international law). Killed over 16,000 these robot killing machines (85% civilians); this ones a hunk of twisted metal at the bottom of the sea (Nuland must surely approve); time to stop using robots as weapons (kill us all they will). My condolences to the drones family; my compliments to the pilots. Make no mistake say's the American defense bod; but it was him that made the mistake. Perhaps a balloon next time?
