I suggest it's either the trial of a defense against a possible drone attack, or a new Amazon parcel delivery system, since most of those craft have port and starboard lights and one that flashes to alert other aircraft. I doubt the federal government do want people to know how vulnerable a country is to this new technology that was allowed to be weaponized.
