  1. Fairly sure BBC World service is available; VPN (Virtual Private Network) is legal there and their millennial's will likely be attached to their mobile devices on their own social media. How many people believe in what comes through the TV is anyone's guess; probably about the same as do here, while I don't have much trust in my government or this chap who appears to be trying to sell hatred. With state funded education (and health) and zero homelessness I wouldn't worry too much about Russian society, ours is more the problem.

  6. No: the Western co-signatories to the neutrality clause in Minsk were the liars; they are still profiting financially (using public money and Ukrainian lives) and so here's the deal... The (mainly Russian speaking) Eastern regions will (re-)join Russia, as Crimea did; the (mainly Ukrainian speaking) Western regions will be neutral (as previously agreed) and if NATO doesn't remove it's missile bases from the Russian border and stop expanding towards Russia there will be global war. There is no agreement to be had with habitual liars, actions speak louder than words; if the American far-right want to play economic war-games with the E.U. that's their problem.
