Apart from the fake Russian Dude, everyone is losing (it's just how much); all that foreign investment in land; their control of the EU gas supply, probably the rebuilding contract, all pretty much worthless; while a lot of lives and public money seems to be going to waste. Meanwhile Ukraine seems to have destroyed twice as many tanks as Russia had. Maybe the weapons manufacturers think they're winning; but those who live by the sword tend to die by the sword. Russia has vast resources, they can "afford to lose" for some time.
