Simple answer is he's not Russian; coining it in with clickbait titles, it's a show. Odd accent; seems to get a real kick out of what in Britain might be called treason (just sayin'). Not that helpful to the Ukrainian cause either if the military info he provides is accurate (but it's not); daily reports from Canada; clearly hates Russians. He's an impostor, a war profiteer even; I find it fascination that whipping up hatred is so simple from someone who doesn't seem to know much about Russia at all. That's "anti-social" media for you, corrosive stuff.
