  1. Most of the Russian oligarchs left years ago, with billions; they didn't need to be asked twice. As long as they stay out of politics, they stay oligarchs; apart from some old scores that some of them might want to settle. They've had years to legitimize the billions they "rightfully stole" and a lot of governments have helped them do just that. Russia let them walk, when they renationalized their industries in the late 90's. The oligarchs bought: London and NYC penthouses; yachts (yots); whole sports franchises; mansions etc. You don't seem to know how things worked in Russia, at all. The Western governments are rather short of cash; so they are now trying to "shake them down"; but the oligarchs can afford high priced lawyer no doubt, so it will be interesting to watch how that all unfolds. Your claims that the oligarchs can "take Putin out" are entirely bogus. You can save your bullsquirt and your fake Russian accent is cringe-worthy btw.
