Based on evidence (that Jack supplied): there's a whole list of charges he and his bodyguard are facing; it's not just the allegation, against the bodyguard, of physical assault and "aiding and abetting"; there's a recurrent theme (with Jack). It may require the "alleged" victims turn down a substantial "pay-off" (out of court settlement), even attract the ire of Jack's legion of fans; but a criminal record seems appropriate. If guilty, plus a substantial claim for damages. Btw. It's not the alleged assault that "grinds my gears", it's trying to humiliate father's in front of their children (for money); in Scotland that's likely "incitement to riot" (it's in our motto).
