@Yantrus Since there was an eight year civil war, actually it was Ukraine that started the conflict; foreign corporations somehow managed to take over agriculture and a gas supply route (the 40+ labs likely researching GM food, since Africa doesn't want it researched there) plus all those gifts of cash from the EU and America (neither known to be charitable). it's time to drop the pretense, it's just the loans (plus interest) and the rebuilding contract left to fight for, while those advocating war won't be going (but you can).
