Probably it's: the rush to accuse; ignoring the "innocent until proven guilty" concept and Channel 4 deciding to investigate itself that makes it look like a "stitch up".Quite a lot of people have been waiting for a media smear campaign against Brand, this fuels the "conspiracy theorists", particularly the timing of it. So what do "The Times" and Channel 4 have in common? It seems they think they are the law, or above it despite the poor quality of UK journalism. Court cases take ages, see you in six months...
