Parliamentary privilege doesn't extend to party conferences, but as no charges have been made what he's trying to do isn't "contempt of court"; it's just a "cheap shot" by an unelected official at an elected one. Probably best not to mention B Johnson...

If we consider B Johnson was successfully charged; the Tories have the cheek to cancel the Manchester leg of HS2, while holding their conference in Manchester and the billions wasted by this administration; it's amazing (to me) that some are so easily diverted.
