  2. Russia hasn't been targeting civilians: it's been destroying foreign corporations assets; most of the Ukrainian military and the power/rail infrastructure in the Western regions. Targeting civilians (particularly fellow Slavs) isn't how Russia fights wars; while America doesn't care about people (killed millions of civilians). I guess the answer is that the UN and others don't believe the American media, but you do.

  4.  @SL-sd3sg  The American inspired overthrow of the Ukrainian government (2014) set this all off... these were Russian nukes... with the EU losing cheap Russian: gas; grain; oil etc it should be clear to all who America was trying to help (itself). The US and UK assurances were worthless; the attempt at a corporate take-over failed, but damaging the EU economically has been largely successful. The EU isn't going to start a nuclear war over Ukraine (and it's got it's own problems)... over to you America.

  5. Really there isn't one... Russia and Ukraine aren't going to release their own figures (careless talk costs lives) and the Ukrainian estimates of Russian figures are clearly made up. According to American intelligence, Russia was estimated to have just under 3,000 tanks when they invaded; yet Ukraine claims they've destroyed over 7,000 (something doesn't add up). Since: tanks are more a 20th century weapon; Russia has superiority in artillery and missile technology, plus air control; they won't be losing 22 tanks in one day. (Prof is a bit naive).

  6. Israel has been killing large numbers of civilians (same strategy America often uses); Russia (despite the Western media chatter) tend not to do that (particularly to fellow Slavs). They occupy the mainly Russian speaking "breakaway regions"; have targeted Western corporate assets (and turned off the gas to EU); targeted military assets and are grinding Ukraine down. Completely different wars for vastly different reasons (as you say), but killing large numbers of civilians is a war crime; wrecking Western "investment" isn't. Infrastructure can be rebuilt, Russia has been doing that in the occupied regions, which I believe will become part Russia. Sending weapons to Israel, to kill civilians, that's atrocious behavior! (evil).
