I'm no fan of Gerashchenko but he's correct, the West has nothing like the Oreshnik system; while you seem disappointed that Russia didn't respond to America firing missiles at them, with a direct attack on America (it makes you sound like a turkey looking forwards to thanksgiving); while if you hope the Georgian people will rise up against democracy, I guess you're only keen on democracy when it gives the answer you want. Did you forget that American troops still occupy around 20% of Syria (the oil fields)? While Turkey just applied to join the BRICS? Gerashchenko seeks to confuse... and it worked! I doubt Russian citizens will notice the $/Rb rate; the BBC are still keen on deflecting from UK inflation which is causing a lot of problems here. Did the stronger $/Rb rate help you? No. Putin's point is that a weaker rouble used to help exports; but America doesn't want certain countries to use the dollar, so that analogy he used is from yesteryear. Things have moved on. Diplomats are now leaving Kyiv; looks like after a second strike by America; Russia is going to retaliate against something (in Ukraine) and they want to make sure it's not them...
