This is nuts! Of course it's staged; pomp and ceremony, it's what: royalty; religious and political parties do (everywhere); changes to constitutions (China has a leader for life) amendments, that's up to the country; while talk of what other's think; ballot stuffing and misinterpreting what the Russian officer said isn't a subtext I wish to share. It seems two day election voting is popular with people; there are various candidates and probably (like here) only two candidates/parties with any real chance of being elected. All this talk of ballot rigging, well let's see your evidence then. These chaps have fought in Ukraine; they wish a speedy end to the war and this idea that the President makes all the decisions is clearly false; it's Russia at war and they won't stop. I don't know what you are trying to prove, countries do things differently; they make their own laws and jail billionaire oligarchs for lobbying (might just be a good idea). If you are trying to sell American democracy; I wouldn't bother; Russia isn't listening (it's election time). War or war next election... could be a big big one.
