I wouldn't go that far: Starmer doesn't seem to work in the interests of the UK population; but he's not the only UK PM that seems to think America is here to help (anything but itself) and some of their concepts: trickle down economics; student debt and privatizing the state sector industries (ready made monopolies) only suit a very select few. While it's highly unlikely the petition will result in a general election, even with New Labour only having 21.3% of the vote, but him declaring war on Russia (on our behalf) is unlikely to end well. In my view Blair was the worst UK PM as he: caused a lot of ideological confusion; left us with two right-wing parties and his appointment as middle Eastern peace envoy (that always wanted war) was just an American joke. It's about time the UK: had a positive national objective; scraped off the parasitic lobbyists and ran our own infrastructure!

@sauh5865 If a petition reaches 100,000 signatories the UK government has to respond, but it's not obliged to call an election; however this petition does indicate that there's a lot of dissatisfaction with the current administration. I signed the petition calling for Starmer to step down, because: him declaring war on Russia, without Parliamentary approval, is unconstitutional; he doesn't appear to work in the interest of the UK (something or somebody else) and he's "Tory light" (in the wrong party).
