  1. That ditch needs a permanent repair they put down ID 2 top on it for now. I don't know why they don't have a tarp over that material? It will cool down fast and not be any good to use. A retired 3rd highway employee living in Ocala Fl. Now took my drop money pension money and SS living large in Florida. Lol
