  42. Holly Michel  Pulp Fiction isn't really action. It's more of a comedy. A weird kind of comedy though. It's also a crime movie. More people liked Pulp Fiction over Forrest Gump. And many more liked Shawshank over both. (I like Pulp Fiction over all of them.) So you can't really say what is better just by considering your own opinion (as well as possibly the Oscars, which do not prove anything).
