@WilliamSmith-ps7uw The IDF didn't upload YT shorts, the evidence is on TikTok.

@CubicIronPyrite Wrongo, free speech is one area where non-citizens have the same rights, same with religion, press, assembly and petition. The only question arises with the immigration status of the person in question. The constitution doesn't apply those rights to "citizens," they reside with "the people."
7
@CubicIronPyrite No, not even close. If you do have a green card it's advisable to avoid being a member of groups that could be linked to terrorism, and possibly avoid protests as these actions could be recorded and you might be considered a "threat" which would affect or nullify your status. You enjoy the same first amendment rights, however.
7
@CubicIronPyrite Yeah 1930s Germany had a strong "values" reaction too.
7
@randomuser3555 You had me at the "losing rights" part but then you lost me with "trucker protest." That isn't what I was calling it (I'm not the leader of the Conservative party nor do I want to force Canadians to annul the results of an election no matter how much I might have hated the results).
7
@Yomamakizmanuts So in order to be a tyrant everyone has to hate you? I'd say you admitted to tyranny if you're saying the unarmed are powerless.
3
@justwondering1426 No, Obama was born in Hawaii which is unfortunately American.
3
The one case you mentioned wasn't a fraud case.
2
James Rooks There would have to be massive fraud to total 7 million votes. This case doesn't even allege fraud. It's an attempt to toss legal votes, due to "proper procedure" not being adhered to in the opinion of a legal expert. The decision to prolong voting access wasn't criticized, just how it was implemented. This is typical among Trump's filings as they attempt to toss legal votes over technicalities.
2
Well if it's true it's not defamation, so obviously you wouldn't go to trial like that unless it was your intention to lie or conceal the truth. Not sure what "small dirt" means in this context. A teensy bit of abuse?
2
@petervesic6329 Great, you should sell him control of the government, oh wait you did. Oh well, at least that means Putin has to wait in line.
2
@justwondering1426 Oh, the fact he was born in Hawaii. Well nobody presented credible evidence to the contrary, so what am I supposed to believe? Am I just supposed to take your word for it every time you say something that sounds like a lie?
2
@flyersfanatic9053 It's your fault. Voting for Trump let the rest of us know "law and order" is important to you. So we're trying to jail the criminal. Seriously though, did the cries of "lock her up" stop when Trump was elected? You're basically calling yourself a fool.
2
IDF leadership: "finally!"
2
@Ashannon888 Liberals in America are also conservative, that's how you end up with a candidate like Biden. Maybe the world is getting more liberal, America not really.
2
@osmosisjones4912 Isn't Trump v Boockvar the case where Rudy Giuliani told the judge "this is not a fraud case?" Because it's weird that you would try to cite that as a fraud case. A three judge panel said on appeal the Trump team "never claims fraud or that any votes were cast by illegal voters." I think you meant to say "Donald J. Trump for President v. Boockvar and Cty. Bds. of Elections" but I'm nowhere near the expert on elections you seem to be, so I guess we'll keep talking about the other case, the one dismissed with prejudice with the judge asserting "[i]n the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state ... [o]ur people, laws and institutions demand more." It's the "strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations" case. So how does the case where the prosecution doesn't allege fraud prove fraud? Not to mention the judge is saying the prosecution fabricated the alleged offences. This is just about the worst example you could mention, and it wasn't a win. But hey, you're the genius.
1
@Mark-ou8nu If they had grounds to deport they would have alleged a crime.
1
He'll probably get there once the charges against Rudy are finalized. At some point some Biden or other will probably be mentioned. For context.
1
Well it could be seen as a "lie by omission," but our guy made no attempt to hide his identity. You could say he obtained a service through fraudulent means, but it's probably not a crime to withhold information about yourself in a purchase of services.
1
@kendrickhummer8071 "Hey, could you stop what you're doing that's perfectly legal and normal because I have an internal problem with knowing you're doing that." That. Is how society works?
1
@kennethprola5136 That's a meaningless statement. Hamas is the government in Gaza. If you get out of the way of an ambulance you "supported Hamas." No crime has been alleged.
1
@CubicIronPyrite It's interesting because I remember protesters from Haiti who were mad at Clinton, they were undisturbed by the government. Should they have been arrested then deported?
1
@RandomGuy-uh6uu "January 6 participants clemency" anyone?
1
@RandomGuy-uh6uu I keep hearing them called extremists then I see them watch the medevac choppers come in while they have ordinance in their hands and they never shoot. Meanwhile the other side levels hospitals after making a courtesy phone call? But if you want to hate on them I can understand.
1
Only a billion or so more to go.
1
@justwondering1426 believe what?
1
@flyersfanatic9053 Biden's a conservative, when you equate him with the far left it makes you sound like an idiot. Personally I don't think Biden's great, he was just a better option than Trump (which has proved to be the case). If you have a legit criticism I'm all ears, but "the slow destruction of America" is code for "I can't actually think of anything."
1
Don't worry, The case against Rudy is moving ahead.
1
@olstar18 Sorry, Trump can't "know" there were fraudulent votes without evidence. "Find the proof for me so I'll be right" can't make evidence of fraud appear magically. Imagine if your lawyer says "all we need is evidence then we'll have a case." Without evidence of wrongdoing, why would you even call one?
1
I don't think you're under legal obligation to reveal details about yourself when you're a customer paying for a service, and Rudy didn't say anything that defamed himself. Plus Rudy would have to prove damages, and his reputation couldn't get worse at this point.
1
@citizensnipz3760 That's always going to be Darrell Hammond.
1
Well of course, because "no qualifications" is exactly the same as going to law school for years. Surprised they don't just let the jurors talk right over the judge.
