  1. Well it could be seen as a "lie by omission," but our guy made no attempt to hide his identity. You could say he obtained a service through fraudulent means, but it's probably not a crime to withhold information about yourself in a purchase of services.

  3. I don't think you're under legal obligation to reveal details about yourself when you're a customer paying for a service, and Rudy didn't say anything that defamed himself. Plus Rudy would have to prove damages, and his reputation couldn't get worse at this point.
