@CubicIronPyrite Wrongo, free speech is one area where non-citizens have the same rights, same with religion, press, assembly and petition. The only question arises with the immigration status of the person in question. The constitution doesn't apply those rights to "citizens," they reside with "the people."

@CubicIronPyrite No, not even close. If you do have a green card it's advisable to avoid being a member of groups that could be linked to terrorism, and possibly avoid protests as these actions could be recorded and you might be considered a "threat" which would affect or nullify your status. You enjoy the same first amendment rights, however.

@kennethprola5136 That's a meaningless statement. Hamas is the government in Gaza. If you get out of the way of an ambulance you "supported Hamas." No crime has been alleged.

@CubicIronPyrite It's interesting because I remember protesters from Haiti who were mad at Clinton, they were undisturbed by the government. Should they have been arrested then deported?

@RandomGuy-uh6uu I keep hearing them called extremists then I see them watch the medevac choppers come in while they have ordinance in their hands and they never shoot. Meanwhile the other side levels hospitals after making a courtesy phone call? But if you want to hate on them I can understand.
