  1. All the security guarantees that Denmark, Norway, Canada and others have singed... and now Macrons statement makes me suspect that there are some plans are being made. How serious those plans are yet to be seen... Right now I think Macrons statement is just a test balloon. The idea float out to see how people react. If the respons is very positive then politicians might see that as a green light to go on with Macrons military plan. But if the protests are harsh among the non-russian citizens in Europe, then they might reconsider this idea and look at other options instead. I do however think that Ukraine just need more western weapons to win. We could of course do some western intervention in this war, like putting our air defence systems near the Ukrainian border and shot down every russian missile within range, because we want to not just protect Ukraine, but also our own territory from russian missiles.
