  1. Russia is already beaten, but Ukraine is too weak and exhausted to exploit it. But Nato is strong and can exploit it. Ukraine will however win. It gets military help from the west and grow stronger.

  2. America needs to uphold promises given to other countries. Like the Budapest agreement promise to protect Ukraine if it was attacked. Ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons in exchange of promises by USA to help her if she was attacked. If USA do not keep its word, then the consequences will be terrible for USA. That is the truth about US self-interest here. Why would countries make sacrifices again for the USA when she no longer cares about Nato like Donald Trump? What is a promise from USA worth to a small country if all military aid is blocked by a pro-russian speaker in the house of representatives if the country is invaded by russia and needs american help? USA now upholds the UN charter, keep its promises, demilitarize one of its biggest geopolitical enemies for pennies on the dollar without losing its troops. I think this is the bargain of the year. And not only do you also get that. As an extra bonus do you get the eternal gratitude of the Ukrainian people towards USA. You show the world that you are top dog, and that russia that tried to challange you are weak. You show the superiority of American weapons so the world wants to buy more of them, while russia will be able to sell less. The free world have come togheter closer than ever because of this war. And even if Asias respons has been limited, has it yet made the ties closer. And that improve global security, and that could also be useful for bringing Europe closer to helping USA and democracies in the pacific. And India will slowly be dragged into the western camp and stepwise abandon russia.

  3. Clueless comment. But this is what rusbots writes all the time. And yet have russia failed to win its 3 day war that has dragged on for 800 days now. And despite losing tens of thousands of tanks and armored vehicles and half a million men have russia still not yet managed to capture one single big city since 2022. Which is pathethic. The 2nd most powerful army in the world have not managed to conquer the poorest country in Europe.
