Solution 1: One can just make a door that can be opened from the outside by any crew member with code in his head. Solution 2: a camera could be installed inside the cockpit, and the cabin door can be opened from ground controllers if they see a pilot locking out other crew members.

@speedbird9313 1 Nope the code was overwritten by the scumbag inside the cockpit, which made it useless. 2. I think that safety and backup mechanism is the least thing one can demand, if one chooses to install a silly door on a plane with totally predictable consequences.

Its regulations demanded in the post septemer 11 hysteria. People warned about stupid stuff like this could happen but the EU didn't care. So I blame the EU for this.
