  1. Get Ukraine 500-800 artillery pieces or so. That is probably enough to ensure victory. Ukraines russian made guns are running low on ammunition so western artillery is needed to replace those guns. The rest of the problem will probably sort themselves out. Bad logistics will destroy Putins new 1.2 million strong army. The men will freeze to death, starve to death, desertation, surrender, and simply start fragging their officers and openly protest and strike against their own leadership as losses starts piling up.
