  1. Nazi-Germany did create much innovations. So dictatorships can be advanced. But I think dictatorships are bad places where people do not want to live under. Not even under an enlightened despot/benevolent ruler like Park Chung Hee. People want to be free and not have to live under fear for just expressing a tiny little opinion. And sure did nazi-Germany create many innovations, but they might have invented even more stuff if they had not taken the lives of all those jewish scientists, engineers, doctors, and professors. Many jews did great contribution to German society, like Fritz Haber.
