  1. One thing does not exclude the other. Furthermore, killing off low-productive buisnesses will free up resources and give high productive buisnesses more place to grow.. just like killing off weed will give other plants more energy to grow. I want strong buisnesses with with high productivity the ability to grow. The other ones will just die anyways sooner or later when they face global competition.
