  1. Yea Ukraine did it 🙄They somehow managed to assemble massive amounts of explosives and did months of planning to blow this dam up, despite the dam laid on the Russian controlled side. And then they waited to blow this dam up until water levels were at the highest to maximize the damage done to the Ukrainian infrastructure, soil and population... Ruck Fussia.

  2. I think Arthur Rehi was right when he said that this dam destruction is an admition that Russia do not believe that they will be able to hold southern Ukraine and Crimea. Putin have invested billions in Crimea with building the Kerch bridge and such propaganda projects. In Russia its only a few places that matters for the elite: Moscow, St. Petersburg.. and the propaganda project/naval base Crimea. For decades have this place been an agricultural hub - but now all that has been destroyed by destroying this dam that supplied Crimea with drinking water and water for agriculture. This is destroying the Crimean economy, and it destroy the quality of life for the people in Crimea who no longer get waters to their own home.

  3. Zelensky didn't seem willing to launch his counter-attack and wanted to wait. But western leaders who had given large amounts of help to Ukraine was now eager to see results for their money, and they push him to make his attack soon. And Biden surely wouldn't mind a military success that can help him in the upcoming election. But with this dam disaster do Zelensky have a good reason to prospone his offensive once more. Peoples homes are under water, and people and animals must be saved from drowning. And yes Ukraine is fighting a war, but troops are now needed to save people and dogs from drowning because it is the right thing to do. And sandbags must be filled to stop the water. However Russia will pay a price for their actions. Hatred towards Russia have become stronger than ever because of this war crime and Ukrainian soldiers want revenge and will fight hard and determined. And if the counter-offensive is prosponed, it will allow Ukrainian troops to train more and more western equipment will have time to arrive before the attack. Who knows, if it becomes delayed enough you will see it being supported by Abrams tanks, fighter jets, and a large number of Italian M109L artillery pieces.
