Tiktoking is not my thing, and I don't understand peoples obsession with it. I even despise it. But with that said do I think the last guys destiny was both harsh and unfair, and his boss is an asshole. I do not even see his comment about his salary as work related, but he was more just talking about philosophy and values in life. And if employers wanna kill such discussions and thereby killing freedom of speech then they have too much power and should just go and f*** themselves. The very fact that employers could be so picky that they care about someones non-work related qualities such as political opinions on facebook show that they have way too much power in society. A power that is totally undeserved. This is just power abuse, and cruel towards people. I hope everyone in society just starts to post inflammatory political opinions online, and openly engage in hobbies that employers don't like... and simply being a normal human...and then will those a$$holes not find anyone they can hire. Peoples free time is not in their buisness. Simple as that.
